TickIt

TickIt is a issue management & project tracking solution. Best suited for small to medium teams, it has some really cool features. There is a prebuilt dashboard for the Admin to have a holistic view of the project.

Users can create tickets, import tickets from other application via spreadsheets, add comments, add attachments for keeping a track of the issues. Out of the box three importance categories have been defined: Critical, High & Low. Tickets statuses can be open, Close, or on Hold. They can be reassigned to others and can be worked upon with collaboration.

Security features have been added so that only Admins or the Assignee can update the ticket details. Comments can be added by everyone. User access to the solution is managed by Admin. 

Certain feature updates are planned, that will be available via updates. One such update is logs, for updates to tickets.
